This honey from our hives has had Cinnamon Infusing for several weeks.
We have regularly stirred this to release the beautiful Cinnamon Flavour and this is then bottled.
We have filtered this but due to the fact I have added cinnamon sticks and powder there may be particles released and present but these are just part of the cinnamon adding to the flavour!
