This honey from our hives has had Cylon Cinnamon Infusing for over a month.
We have regularly stirred this to release the beautiful Cinnamon Flavour and this is then bottled.
We have filtered this but due to the fact I have added cinnamon sticks and powder there may be particles released and present but these are just part of the cinnamon adding to the flavour!
Lovely glass 8 oz jars.
